  1. I find it kinda cool that people taking community support into their own hands is now anarchy. That used to be the only way anything got done because prior to WWII, America was just another poor industrialized nation with no safety nets. 40 percent of Americans lived in abject poverty. The New Deal was the first national social service that involved a large part of the population. People didn’t wait in line for a handout, they went to work in labor camps and worked their ass off for $2.00 a day. If that was anarchy, give us MORE of that.

    1. It’s more the concept of non government dependence. Without government, we have a kind of state of anarchy, you know. So, it’s the idea of doing away with government meddling and taking responsibility for our own communities. Anarchy probably isn’t the right word, except in a temporary sense as society goes through a transition.

      1. I like your definition. Anarchy has always had a negative meaning put forth by supporters of government, no matter how weak and ineffective. But in truth anarchy is what we have now in that the government has become the sponsor of anarchy as a tool to enforce political agendas that have no bearing on the welfare and security of the state and the people. Individual freedoms are under attack all over the world. Anarchy to me in its pure form is simply the friction of change and is a process not an end state. It can be violent as in rebellion and war but the outcome is always a significant change for good or bad. In other words, we need it. Its a necessary tool to keep government and the rule of law in check. But, I do love the spirit of those that would take on the responsibility themselves to make their life better and also their community. That’s where I want to live. I should volunteer for that show naked and afraid. 😳🤭😲😜
